Made from two fine Douro Demarcated Region grape varieties - Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz - from the Douro Demarcated Region, the grapes used for this wine were carefully destemmed and sent to the traditional stone 'lagares' (tanks), with the wine resting for nine months in oak barrels ( Allier and American).
